This is a very rich pie. It’s so delicious, especially with a strong cup of coffee! When I worked at Irwin Mortgage, Mary Manchester used to make this for our many lunch pitch-ins in the Cash Management area. It was a hit with our group, and soon became one of our boys’ favorites. This is very sweet, so small slices go a long way.
