Lea Measures SugarI have used a number of varieties for this treat and they always come out delicious. I use a variety such as, walnuts, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, cashews or macadamias. They make a very attractive dish when served slightly opened, with a little of the pan juices spooned over them. I like to add a little garnish at the top just for the contrasting color.
