This is a dish I “threw together” one day when we learned that we were going to have unexpected guests for lunch. I just grabbed what I had on hand, and it turned out to be a favorite meal! This is delicious when paired with a garlic side. One of our favorites is buttered garlic chips on hot French peasant bread)
This dish was very delicious, and sooo easy to prepare! I also added one yellow pepper and sliced mushrooms. I served this over a bed of wild rice with a green salad on the side. We loved it, and I’ll be making it again this evening. Thanks for a lovely and easy recipe.
