Spicy Hot Oyster Crackers

Ingredients:Spicey Oyster Crackers

1 gallon container
3 10-oz packages soup-and-oyster crackers
1 1/2 pkg Dry Ranch Dressing
2 cups canola oil
4 1/2 TBSP crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Directions:
1. Combine ingredients seasoning and oil in a medium bowl and mix to combine
2. Pour oyster crackers in a gallon container, and add the spice mixture
3. Stir well to distribute seasoning, and then set aside
4. Stir every two hours for 6 – 8 hours

Kathy's Spicey Oyster CrackersKathy says, “I like the oyster cracker version of this treat. I try to make mine a little on the milder side, but you can easily add more pepper if you want it to be hotter. Season it up the way you like it. I mix it up real well at first, leave it on the counter, and shake it up every couple of hours throughout the day to get the seasoning mixed evenly. That’s the way I do it, and I also like Pat’s version with saltines.”
