From the kitchen of Pat Stroup
Ingredients:
1 gallon container
1 box saltine crackers
1 pkg Dry Ranch Dressing
1 cup vegetable oil
1 – 2 TBSP crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients seasoning and oil in a medium bowl and mix to combine
2. Pour saltine crackers in a gallon container, and add the spice mixture
3. Stir well to distribute seasoning, and then set aside
4. Rotate every two hours for 12 hours to mix
Yeah, yeah. I know. Kathy likes those cute little hoity-toity oyster crackers, but I like something I can sink my teeth into, so the saltines work a lot better. Besides, mine sometimes comes with a side of German chocolate cake, and there’s nothing not to like about that!
