Cole Slaw

Cole Slaw for 50
Mayonnaise Dressed Cole Slaw
Serves 6 (4 ounce portions)

Ingredients:
1 medium head green cabbage, shredded (about 3 cups)
1 medium carrot, shredded (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
1. Combine cabbage and carrots. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
2. Blend together remaining ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
3. Just before serving, pour the dressing over cabbage and mix well.
