4 cups shredded cabbage
1 – 1 pound can sliced peaches, drained and chopped
1 cup celery, sliced
¼ cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Miracle Whip, to taste
Combine all ingredients with enough salad dressing to moisten, toss lightly and chill.
This recipe I used when our sons, Link and Lance, were little. It was a great way to get them to eat coleslaw! The delicate flavor of peachezs is a nice contrast to the sweetness of the marshmallows. I also made variations of it, using pineapple, apple, grapes, and other fruits. It is really quite good in all its forms, and I, and the boys, still like it today.
