Lea 2008This is one of my favorite Cole slaw flavors, adjusted for the tropics. During one of our visits to Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, I wanted to create a quick and easy to assemble dressing, and decided to try Miracle Whip instead of the mayonnaise/sugar/vinegar combination I normally use. The result is a light, creamy sweet dressing.
