2 tbsp pure olive oil
8 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced paper thin
Popcorn salt to taste
Heat olive oil to medium high heat
Stir in garlic chips and sauté until lightly brown
Remove from oil and drain in colander, stirring to avoid clumping
Season to taste with popcorn salt
